Then you have found the right place. Below is a section on return handling and our deliveries.



• You can return your product within 14 days from when you collected the order.
• The product must be in new condition with all tags still attached.
• Orders within Sweden will be charged 79 SEK upon return.
• All domestic orders will be charged a 11,95 EUR fee upon return.
• Would you like to change to another size? Return your original order first and then order a new one.
• Did you accidentally receive the wrong product or is the product damaged? Contact us and we will solve it.
• If your order is not picked up, a return fee of SEK 79 will be charged.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 14 days. Contact customerservice@ouragency.se and we will send you a return shipping slip. All orders are charged a return fee of SEK 79. The return fee is deducted from the total amount on the invoice and is paid back when the return has been handled and is once again in our warehouse.

Remember that the package and thus the product are under your responsibility. Therefore, we recommend that you choose a reliable service point that guarantees you that service.


Returned goods must be in new condition with all tags still attached. Please avoid wearing perfume, make-up or deodorant that may leave marks or scent on the product when you test it. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns where the terms and conditions have been misused and not followed.


Return the product in its original condition. Use the same bag to minimize environmental impact. You have 14 days to return your item from the time you collect the package. Be sure to ask for a receipt for the return at your service point. We are not responsible if you as a customer chose to send your item back on your own, without our return shipping label.

Note: For international orders - Remember that you can only leave your return at a service point that cooperates with DHL EXPRESS.


Return the product that did not fit, as a normal return. Then place a new order for the desired size.
